Theme: Don’t worry about what others think about you.

Symbolism: “The horns of the cattle, the tall hats, with long nap, of the rich peasant and the headgear of the peasant women rose above the surface of the assembly.” ‘The surface’ gives you an idea that the everyone is crowded tightly together in one body.

Allusion: “when he perceived upon the ground a little piece of string.” Introducing the string.
